Your comfort is our top priority. Before the session, we apply a strong topical numbing cream for about 45 to 60 minutes to make the process as smooth and comfortable as possible. Most patients describe the sensation as a warm, quick prickle. We adjust the settings throughout the treatment to match your comfort level.

Downtime is minimal compared to invasive procedures. You can expect some redness, mild swelling, and a grid-like texture or slight tightness for about 3 to 5 days—similar to a mild sunburn. Most of our San Antonio patients return to their normal daily activities within 24 to 48 hours, wearing light mineral sunscreen and makeup once the skin heals.

While you’ll notice a subtle, healthy glow within a couple of weeks, optimal collagen rebuilding takes time. We typically recommend a series of 3 treatments spaced about 4 to 6 weeks apart for maximum skin tightening and contouring.
